For many of us who read books, there are some basic questions that we have about our favorite authors and books.
What is the title of the next book that a specific author is going to have published? When is that book going to be available? Are there any other authors out there that write in a style similar to the authors whom I aleady really like? I would like to add more authors to my favorite authors list.
This Readers' Advisory is a list of popular adult fiction authors who are very popular with the people of the communities who are served by the Iosco-Arenac District Library system of libraries. There are other lists on this website that can help you, and they are listed on the Books Web Page of this website. There is more to say about this Readers' Advisory on the Books Web Page. For example, I have decided to list on this Readers' Advisory some very popular authors who are no longer living. Although, the authors are no longer alive, their books continue to live on and be good reads for many people. If any book is not available at your local library then PLEASE ask the library staff to try to interlibrary the item. It is a free service for the patron. Many of the books are available in a variety of formats, besides print, such as ebooks and audiobooks. The Iosco-Arenac District Library (IADL) system online card catalog can be used to find availability: The Iosco-Arenac District Library Online Public Access Catalog.
I will try to provide two links in the Author's column. The author's link will take you to the author's website. The List of Books link will take you to the Fantastic Fiction website that will list the books that the author has written, including a list of the books written in a series, in the proper order.
